Whispering Oaks Equestrian Centers Staff has over 100 years of combined experience enabling a family friendly atmosphere for all ages and abilities.

Jennifer Scotto is one of the Morgan Breeds new and upcoming Trainers.  Jennifer has been riding and showing horses for over 10 years garnishing many top awards in English Pleasure, Classic Pleasure, Saddle Seat Equitation, too numerous to list.  Jennifer has competed in Saddle Seat, Hunt Seat, and Western. Jennifer is currently instructing some of the top Equitation Riders in the Country.  This year Jenn’s students finished Florida Morgan Horse Assoc, Hi Point, Park, Saddle Seat Equitation, Walk Trop Equitation and Pleasure, and Hunt Seat Equitation.  Jenn’s Walk Trot Rider earned the Res. World Champion Walk Trop Equitation at the Morgan Grand Nationals. Her riders also placed, in Jr. Exhibitor Driving, Park and Equitation. Jennifer’s Academy Riders have also been competing at top levels winning Res Showmanship and Equitation 8 and Under, at the recent Academy Championships in Tampa.  Jennifer brings a bright young approach to Whispering Oaks and the entire Horse Industry

John Scotto has served as Whispering Oaks Equestrian Center . Owner since 1998.  John currently is a competitive amateur, showing in the Amateur English Pleasure, Pleasure Driving, Classic Adult and other events. John is currently a member of USEF, AMHA,and FMHA . 

Janice Scotto has served as Whispering Oaks Equestrian Center . General Manager since 1998.Janice has over 30 years of experience in Western Pleasure, Equitation, and Working Western. Starting out with Appaloosas and Quarter Horses Co Owned and managed Cedar Hill Appaloosas in Ellington Conn. Cedar Hill stood the National Champion Stallion HorseShoe’s Taytoba. Janice holds memberships in the AMHA, USEF, Florida Morgan Horse Assoc., and is Leader of the Tropical Trotters Morgan Youth Club.Janice is actively showing in the Morgan Western Pleasure, and has students competing in both Morgan , and Academy Divisions.

Evelyn Stevens, renowned Tampa Trainer,  has trained and instructed at Whispering Oaks Equestrian Center since 2000.  Evelyn has a reservoir of experience dating back over 50 years. Evelyn managed the Tampa Yaght Club,and Stephens Stables in Tampa. Evelyn was the founder of the Harvest Days Horse Show and served on the Tampa Horse Show assoc, for years. Evelyn has extensive background in Saddlebreds Morgans and Hunters with Championships too numerous to mention,

Nicole Wester is Camp counselor and instructor for the past 3 years at Whispering Oaks Equestrian Center. Nicole has won numerous events in many horse show both local and statewide. Including Harvest Days, Tampa Charity, Summers End, Citrus Cup.
